Eric M. Kociba
Eric has nearly 15 years of litigation experience in product liability, warranty, and professional liability matters. His experience is broad based, involving matters as diverse as the representation of a public utility against a multinational construction company, a cargo airline against an aircraft conversion facility and a property leasing company against a Tier 1 automotive supplier. Eric also has experience as in-house counsel at two large companies, including a national fuel distributor with revenues of more than $1 billion. Additionally, he has litigated cases involving free speech, zoning regulations and non-competition agreements.
