Summary
Katie practices with the firm’s nationally recognized Asbestos, Talc, & Mass Tort Practice Group. Her practice centers on the defense of asbestos personal-injury cases. She represents a number of equipment and product manufacturers, suppliers, and contractors in cases pending throughout Michigan. Katie serves as liaison counsel on behalf of the Michigan defense-medical group for discovery and related pretrial matters in asbestos litigation throughout the state of Michigan.
In addition, Katie is part of Collins Einhorn’s National Coordination Counsel Team defending numerous clients nationwide. She coordinates with clients and local counsel on discovery issues, to develop and implement discovery and deposition strategies.
