Kimberly J. Bryden

Kimberly supports the Collins Einhorn Farrell attorneys in the General and Automotive practice group. She has over 25 years of experience as a Paralegal providing trial and administrative support. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in paralegal studies with a minor in business from Madonna University. Kimberly has worked as litigation paralegal handling a wide range of insurance defense claims, including general and trucking/transportation liability.

Ann E. Coleman

Ann supports the Asbestos/Toxic Tort attorneys in their role as National Coordinating Counsel for over 17 clients in the evolving asbestos litigation. Ann works with attorneys in 46 states to facilitate discovery and reporting needs of the client, carrier representatives, and local counsel. Ann has been recognized by the State Bar of Michigan as a Shining Star. She also served as the head the firm’s United Way Fund Drive Committee and continues to support the firms other charitable efforts. Ann is a graduate of the University of Detroit (B.A. magna cum laude, 1988).

Abigail H. Donoghue

Abbey supports Collins Einhorn Farrell attorneys who act as National Coordinating Counsel to companies involved in asbestos litigation. She also assists with the defense of Collins Einhorn Farrell clients in Michigan asbestos litigation. Abbey earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Moody Bible Institute in 1998. She was employed by Berrien County Circuit Court for 15 years, holding various positions during her tenure; scheduling clerk, file clerk, supervisor of the assignment division, court reporter, and probation officer. Prior to joining CEF she served as the Chief Civil Clerk of the 31st District Court for three years.

Samantha L. Garman-Schachermeyer

Samantha supports the firm as a part of the General and Automotive Liability practice group. She graduated from Central Michigan in 2010 (magna cum laude) with a B.S. in Psychology. She earned a Paralegal Certificate from Oakland University in the winter of 2015.

Dana L. Hunt

Dana is a paralegal in the General and Automotive Liability practice group. She has over 10 years of experience in the legal industry, primarily focusing on First and Third-Party defense and insurance defense. Dana also has experience in Administrative Complaints, Professional Liability, and dental malpractice. She graduated Cum Laude with an Associates in Applied Science - Paralegal Studies from Macomb Community College in 2015.

Sandy M. Laba

Sandy supports the Collins Einhorn Farrell attorneys in the Asbestos/Toxic Tort practice group. She has over 15 years of experience as a Paralegal in the areas of asbestos litigation and insurance defense. Sandy assists CEF attorneys in their role as National Coordinating Counsel. She holds two degrees from Oakland Community College; a A.A.S. in Paralegal (magna cum laude, 2004), and A.L.A. (summa cum laude, 2006).

W. Michael Michalek

Mike supports Collins Einhorn Farrell attorneys who act as National Coordinating Counsel to companies involved in asbestos litigation. He also assists with the defense of Collins Einhorn Farrell clients in Michigan asbestos litigation. Mike holds two degrees from Michigan State University; a B.A. cum laude (1971) and M.B.A. (1981). He is an active volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America and is currently a member of the Board of Advisors for the Boys and Girls Club of Southeast Michigan.

Kelly L. Mrosewske

Kelly began working in the legal industry over 15 years ago with over 10 years of experience as a paralegal. She has worked in a variety of practice areas, including family law and automotive liability. Kelly obtained an Associate’s of Science in Paralegal Studies from Macomb Community College (2011).

Michele M. Parsons

Michele has worked in a number of practice areas within the firm, beginning in Asbestos/Toxic Tort, then expanding into various other litigation practice areas. She graduated magna cum laude from Oakland Community College with an Associate of Applied Science and Paralegal degree (2015). She is actively involved in a number of non-profits in the community, including Safari Animal Rescue and Camp Casey (a nonprofit horseback riding program for children with cancer).

Maureen C. Sarle, MD, MPH

Maureen supports the firm as a part of the General and Automotive Liability practice group. She graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a B.S. in physical therapy, Boston University School of Public Health with a M.P.H. in Epidemiology and Health Law. She earned her MD from The University of Vermont College of Medicine in 2002. Maureen earned her Paralegal Professional Certificate from Oakland University.

Jeffery R. Schott

Jeff primarily works with the attorneys in the Insurance Coverage and the Professional Liability practice groups. He additionally provides support to the General and Automotive Liability practice group. Jeff is a graduate of Wayne State University where he obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree majoring in Geology in 1994. He obtained his Paralegal Post-Baccalaureate Professional Certificate from Oakland Community College (Summa Cum Laude, 2020).

Bettina M. Small

Bettina works with our General and Automotive Liability attorneys. She has nearly 25 years of paralegal and trial experience in First- and Third-party litigation, medical malpractice, and other areas. Bettina holds two degrees from Central Michigan University; a Bachelor’s degree in Community Studies (magna cum laude) and a Master’s Degree in Instructional Design. Bettina obtained her Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies from Oakland Community College.

Mark B. Springfield

Mark primarily works with the attorneys in the Automotive Liability practice group and has over 30 years of administrative support experience. He attended Judson University on a basketball scholarship, and thereafter Oakland Community College. An avid hiker, Mark is trained as a wilderness first responder.

Delilah M. Toumi

Delilah supports the attorneys in the firm’s General and Automotive Liability group. Delilah graduated from Henry Ford College having earned an Associate of Art-Interior Design and an Associate of Business-Paralegal Studies. She has over 20 years of experience in various areas of law, including automotive liability defense.
