Ken Merritt successfully defends client in a negligence claim filed in Wayne Courty Circuit Court

Ken Merritt successfully defended a client in a negligence claim filed in Wayne County Circuit Court. The client hit a bicyclist who was within a crosswalk. The Wayne County Circuit Court jury returned a verdict of “no cause for action” in favor of Ken’s client. Prior to the jury’s verdict, the Plaintiff’s last demand was $125,000.
