CEFU attorneys Clay Farrell, Shannon Kos, and Colleen Burke attended the DRI Product Liability Conference in San Diego, from April 14 through April 17, 2009. The conference highlighted emerging issues in product liability law associated with increasing environmental awareness and health concerns. It also presented insights as to how we can assist our clients with navigating this new terrain.
