Supreme Court Denies Plaintiff’s Application for Leave to Appeal, Reversal Obtained by Noreen Slank Remains in Place

The Michigan Supreme Court recently denied plaintiff’s application for leave to appeal in Griesbach v Ross, leaving in place the reversal of a nearly $900,000 judgment Noreen Slank secured in the Court of Appeals. The reversal instructed the trial court to grant judgment in the defendant physician’s assistant’s favor on a statute of limitation issue.
