Collins Einhorn Farrell PC is pleased to announce that attorney Lauren A. Frederick has joined the firm’s Insurance Coverage Practice Group. Ms. Frederick will focus her practice primarily on coverage litigation and first- and third- party automobile litigation, handling litigation from the discovery phase through trial. Ms. Frederick has extensive experience in first- and third-party automobile and premises liability litigation, insurance coverage, as well as experience in handling pre-litigation issues including fraud investigation, coverage opinions and conducting examinations under oath.
Ms. Frederick received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Tampa in 2007 before moving back to Michigan to obtain a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2011. In law school, Ms. Frederick was the Publicity Editor of the Thomas M. Cooley Law Review. She also served as a member of the Mock Trial Executive Board, and participated in Moot Court. Additionally, she received Certificate of Merit awards in Research and Writing, Scholarly Writing, and Professional Responsibility.
Ms. Frederick is a member of the Litigation and Insurance Sections of the State Bar of Michigan, the Oakland County Bar Association, the Michigan Defense Trial Counsel and the Defense Research Institute.
