Summary

Pat’s practice focuses on defending first- and third-party automobile cases as well as professional liability and grievance defense.  After serving for over 17 years as an Associate Counsel and Senior Associate Counsel for the Michigan Attorney Grievance Commission and 8 years as an adjunct instructor in Professional Responsibility and Prosecutorial Ethics at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, Pat has worked extensively for different automobile insurers in defending them or their insureds in litigation across Michigan.  Pat’s practice includes analysis of pre-litigation claims, discovery, preparing and successfully arguing motions for summary disposition, and litigating cases to trial.
