May 2010 – Michael Sullivan to Serve as Moderator of the International Association of Defense Counsel’s Professional Liabiltiy Roundtable

Michael Sullivan will serve as the moderator of the International Association of Defense Counsel’s Professional Liability Roundtable in Chicago on May 20, 2010. Among the topics that will be covered will be liability pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), the implications of the new Medicare and Medicaid reporting rules on Professional Liability claims, and the potential exposure of lawyers and other professionals under the Stored Communications and Wiretapping Acts.
