Cynthia has been the Executive Director of Collins Einhorn Farrell PC since 2006. She has over 25 years of experience in the legal profession. Cynthia has been involved with the Association of Legal Administrators (A.L.A.) for a number of years, serving on the board in the capacity of Education Chair, Director of Business Partner Relations, Vice President, and President. From 2007-2015 she taught Ethics and Law Practice Management as a faculty member of Oakland University’s Paralegal Program, she currently sits on the board. Cynthia holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Rochester University and a Paralegal Diploma from Oakland University. In 2006 she earned her PHR certification from HRCI and her SHRM-CP from the Society for Human Resource Management in 2015.
Payroll and Accounting Manager
Andrea has been the Accounting Manager of Collins Einhorn Farrell PC since 2006, leading a department of seven accounting staff and overseeing the accounting needs of the entire firm. Andrea has over 20 years of experience in accounting and payroll administration. She is currently the President of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) having held a number of board positions prior to moving into the role of President. Andrea holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Wayne State University and an M.S.A. in Human Resource Management from Central Michigan University.
Marketing & Practice Development Coordinator
Miranda is the Marketing & Practice Development Coordinator for Collins Einhorn Farrell PC. Miranda provides marketing and design expertise to the firm as well as practice development support to CEF’s attorneys. Miranda has over 7-years of marketing and design experience, including working in the entertainment industry, the Detroit Tigers, AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry, and the public sector. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science from Full Sail University and is a member of the CEF Diversity Committee.
