Director of Operations
Shaun joined Collins Einhorn Farrell PC in 2025 as Director of Operations, bringing over 25 years of experience leading strategic initiatives and operational excellence in the operations, finance and legal fields. She has built and led legal operations functions at Fortune 500 companies, where she specialized in streamlining processes, leveraging technology, and using data to drive better decision-making. Shaun is passionate about building strong cross-functional relationships and creating collaborative, efficient environments that support teams in delivering their best work. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Columbia University Business School.
Controller
Andrea has been the Accounting Manager of Collins Einhorn Farrell PC since 2006, leading a department of seven accounting staff and overseeing the accounting needs of the entire firm. Andrea has over 20 years of experience in accounting and payroll administration. She is currently the President of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) having held a number of board positions prior to moving into the role of President. Andrea holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Wayne State University and an M.S.A. in Human Resource Management from Central Michigan University.
HR and Administrative Operations Manager
Amanda Canning brings nearly six years of experience in human resources and operational leadership, primarily within the health care industry. Her experience includes talent acquisition, employee onboarding and development, HR operations, compliance, and organizational process improvement. Amanda is passionate about building people-centered systems that strengthen the employee experience, help teams thrive, and support a positive workplace culture. She enjoys finding practical ways to improve processes, support leaders, and align people strategies with broader organizational goals. Amanda completed her undergraduate studies at Florida Gulf Coast University and pursued graduate-level studies in Human Resources and Organization Development at the University of Louisville. She has been a SHRM-CP since 2023.
Marketing and Business Development Manager
Lauren joined Collins Einhorn Farrell PC in 2025 as Marketing & Business Development Manager. She brings over a decade of experience in design, branding, and strategic communications, with a background that spans agency, government, and entrepreneurial settings. Lauren holds a Master of Professional Studies in Design Management and Communications from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design. She is passionate about storytelling, building meaningful brand experiences, and helping teams connect strategy with creativity.
