On April 6, 2011, Richard Joslin’s Article “You are Your Brother’s Keeper” was published in “Medical Office Today.” In the article, Rick states in part, that “as interactions between physicians and allied healthcare providers increase, it is incumbent upon physicians to understand what legal responsibility they may have for the care being provided by non-physician providers.”
