Collins Einhorn Farrell PC has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2020 honor by The Detroit Free Press. The award is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

Dan Collins, President of Collins Einhorn Farrell, the firm bearing the name of his late father, shares his enthusiasm over the announcement: “Collins Einhorn Farrell is celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2021, and the culture of the workplace has been a point of pride since day one.  We are thrilled that the CEF team voted us a Top Workplace!  What a special and meaningful honor, particularly going into the year when we will celebrate our golden anniversary!”

Collins Einhorn continues to prioritize the satisfaction of its employees. The firm has a long tradition of highly-anticipated activities such as monthly company luncheons, half-day Fridays in the summer, charity events, growth initiatives, holiday parties, as well as many other team-building activities and perks.

Julie Staley, Legal Assistant, reflects on her 25 years of experience in the legal field, stating: “I have not found a firm that cares as much about their employees as this firm. In the three years I have been with Collins Einhorn, I have not only been happy, but I have also felt appreciated and valued.”
