Nicole is one of 30 distinguished lawyers who were chosen to receive this prestigious award.
Nicole E. Wilinksi is a dedicated shareholder of Collins Einhorn Farrell PC. She has worked in the legal field for nearly 20 years and is one of the leaders in the firm’s Insurance Coverage practice group. She has extensive experience representing insurance carriers in complex coverage litigation in both state and federal courts throughout the Midwest.
Ten years ago, Nicole made her mark as an Up & Coming Lawyer and has continued to grow as a force of positive change in the legal industry, our firm, and the community at large. Nicole’s expertise and passion have earned her consistent recognition from Best Lawyers®, Super Lawyers™, and DBusiness® Top Lawyers in Insurance Coverage.
Nicole is passionate about the progress of the legal community and is consistently seeking opportunities to make a difference. Nicole currently serves as the President-Elect of the State Bar of Michigan Insurance and Indemnity Law Section and as the Consulting Co-editor of Michigan Insurance Law and Practice – Institute of Continuing Legal Education. She formerly served as Vice-Chair of the American Bar Association’s TIPS Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee. Nicole is also a member of the Defense Research Institute. Inside Collins Einhorn Farrell, she is an active member of the recruitment committee and works closely with the firm’s summer associates.
Nicole is a role model and fierce advocate for the advancement of women in the legal field, not only through her mentorship efforts at Collins Einhorn but the legal community as a whole. Nicole consistently leads by example, having served as the President of the Oakland Women’s Bar Association and Director at Large for the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan. Nicole currently serves as Secretary on the Women’s Lawyers Association of Michigan Foundation Board of Trustees.
In addition to her daily practice, Nicole also finds time to give back to others. Nicole is an active volunteer at Baldwin Elementary School in Rochester Hills, Michigan.
