Summary
Abagail Cacovic is a valued member of Collins Einhorn’s Civil and Transportation Liability practice groups. Her practice focuses on general negligence, premises liability, personal injury, and automotive liability, as well as insurance coverage matters. She represents insurance carriers in complex disputes across various policy types. Prior to joining Collins Einhorn, Abagail gained experience working on probate and family law cases.
Abagail initially attended Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut, on a pre-medical track. However, her career aspirations shifted after taking Introduction to the American Legal System, sparking a deep interest in legal studies and prompting her to pursue law instead.
Her passion for helping others was cultivated while working at the Hamden-Bethany Probate Court under the guidance of Judge Edward Burt and Christine Panzo during the COVID-19 pandemic. Through this role, Abagail realized the impact she could make by guiding individuals through challenging times with grace and understanding. She ultimately decided to attend law school to further this mission, earning her Juris Doctor from Michigan State College of Law.
