On Friday, November 7, 2025, our newest associates Farah Joni, Samantha Lamrock, LaZaurea Williams, Nichole Mitchell, Kyle Gineman and Jessica Krawczyk will officially be sworn in as attorneys. In this video, they share their experiences navigating law school and the CEForward Program — from early exposure to real cases to mentorship and collaboration across practice areas.
The CEForward program is designed to give new attorneys a head start, providing hands-on experience before being sworn in. Associates learn the full lifecycle of litigation, work closely with mentors, and gain confidence as they transition from law school to practicing attorneys.
