For Nichole Mitchell, becoming a lawyer was a natural extension of the things she loved most: reading, writing, and thinking logically. Nichole is part of the firm’s defense litigation practice, where she focuses on general civil liability matters. She approaches her work with preparation, clarity, and a strong commitment to practical, well-reasoned outcomes. Passing the bar exam and being sworn in remain among her proudest accomplishments as a first-generation law student, and she brings that same discipline and determination to every case she handles.

Outside of the office, Nichole enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors. She has been a devoted member of her spin cycle studio since law school and is an enthusiastic hiker who hopes to visit every National Park.
