Summary

Attorney Adel N. Nucho is a detail-oriented and passionate litigator known for his client-dedication and commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes. As a member of the No-Fault & Auto Liability Group, Adel helps clients navigate and defend claims involving negligence, premises liability, product liability, construction, business torts, and first- and third-party automobile and trucking liability.

Before joining the litigation team, Adel was a member of the firm’s Appellate Practice group where he handled appeals and gained tremendous experience preparing motions for summary judgment/disposition—which resulted significant case dismissals for our clients.

In addition to his defense work, Adel handles business and contract disputes and litigates a wide range of property cases involving riparian rights (lake access, dock, platted beaches, etc.), easements (express, implied, and prescriptive easements and easements by necessity), title disputes, and environmental protection laws.

Community Involvement

Adel is passionate about helping others and serving his community and neighbors. He is a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Rochester, Michigan, where he regularly volunteers, reads scripture during services, and serves on the Board of Elders.

During law school, Adel worked in the Federal Pro Se Legal Assistance Clinic in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan where he helped indigent litigants advocate their claims in federal court.
