As a litigator in the firm’s Professional Liability Practice Group, Frank focuses on defending professionals, including attorneys, against claims of malpractice. He also advises clients on employment-related claims and dram shop liability matters. For Frank, the work has always been about helping people through challenges, understanding their goals, and guiding them toward the right outcome.
Frank’s experience includes extensive work in Michigan’s case evaluation process and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. He serves as a Hearing Panel member for the Michigan Attorney Discipline Board, where he is known for his fairness and professionalism. From 2022 to 2023, he served as President of the Association of Defense Trial Counsel, a role that reflects both his leadership and the respect of his peers.
Over the course of his career, Frank has argued before the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Michigan Supreme Court. These opportunities speak to his skill, composure, and depth of experience.
Frank earned his undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan and his law degree, cum laude, from the Detroit College of Law. During law school, he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of International Law and Practice and completed an internship with the U.S. District Court.
Outside of work, Frank enjoys spending time with family and friends—especially when sports are involved. Whether he’s on the field or in the stands, the values that guide his work show up in everyday life: loyalty, teamwork, and showing up when it counts.
