Joshua E. Ojile

Summary

Joshua Ojile is a valued member of Collins Einhorn’s nationally recognized Asbestos, Talc, & Mass Tort Practice Group. Josh’s path to the legal profession was inspired by his grandfather, a dedicated attorney whose work left a lasting impression on him. Drawn to the challenge of solving complex problems and making a tangible difference, Josh brings a determined, genuine, and client-focused approach to his practice.

Josh supports all aspects of case management as he concentrates on defending asbestos personal-injury cases, representing equipment and product manufacturers, suppliers, and premises owners in litigation throughout Michigan.

In addition to his asbestos and toxic tort work, Josh gained experience in insurance defense, municipal litigation, general civil litigation, and corporate and real estate transactional matters during his time as a law clerk.

Before joining the firm as an attorney, Josh saw firsthand the power of the legal community and the impact of advocacy—especially when helping tenants navigate eviction proceedings. His proudest accomplishments to date are graduating law school and passing the bar exam, milestones achieved through years of discipline and support from his family.

Outside the office, Josh is a former college football player at the University of Minnesota-Duluth and enjoys golf, ping pong, staying active, and spending time with friends and family. He values loyalty, determination, and genuine connection, and looks forward to future opportunities to travel, with one of his goals being a trip to New Zealand.
