David Anderson obtained a “no cause for action” verdict

After a two week jury trial, David Anderson obtained a “no cause for action” verdict on April 8, 2009, in favor of his lawyer-client who was sued for legal malpractice, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, and fraud. Plaintiff attorney’s original demand was $3 million, and he asked the jury to award nearly $1 million in alleged damages.
