Collins Einhorn is please to announce that associate, Michale J. Cook has joined the Firm. Mike earned his law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, Magna Cum Laude, in 2007. He is also a 2003 graduate of Michigan State University. Mike’s practice focuses on appellate and summary judgment research and brief writing. He has represented clients on a wide variety of civil litigation matters, including professional malpractice, contractual indemnity, business torts, the uniform commercial code, and general liability. Before joining the firm, Michael served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Robert P. Young, Jr. on the Michigan Supreme Court from 2007 to 2009. Mike is a member of the State Bar of Michigan’s Appellate Practice Section and the Oakland County Bar Association.
