Collins Einhorn Farrell PC is pleased to announce that attorney Joshua M. Stapp has joined the firm’s General and Automotive Liability practice group.
Stapp has nine years of litigation experience. He concentrates his practice on defense of personal injury claims, including those arising out of third-party automobile negligence, first-party No-Fault, uninsured and under-insured motorist, general negligence, and premises liability. Stapp has extensive experience handling catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims and has been involved in all aspects of the litigation process, from the initial discovery phase through trial.
Stapp received his Juris Doctor from Faulkner University School of Law.
