Michael Sullivan participated in the “Risk-Spotting in the New Law Firm Landscape: Liability and Coverage Issues” for the Fall 2009 ABA national Legal Malpractice Conference held in Chicago on September 23-25, 2009. With an increasing number of lawyers on the move during the recent economic crisis, and with alternative employment arrangements becoming more prominent, new liability concerns for lawyers and firms are surfacing, with attendant questions about insurance coverage for them. This and other related “hot issues” will be discussed at the conference.
