At its 2010 annual meeting in San Francisco, the ABA House of Delegates voted unanimously to adopt “Report 113” which is an overhaul of the Application Section of the Model Code of Judicial Conduct. These revisions were co-authored by CEFU attorney Donald Campbell, who sits as a liaison to the ABA’s Standing Committee on Ethics and Professional Responsibility.
