Mike Sullivan, Rick Joslin, and Paul Bernard recently obtained an order from the Michigan Court of Appeals affirming a trial court summary disposition obtained on behalf of their lawyer client. Mike, Rick, and Paul were able to convince first the trial court, and then the Court of Appeals, that the severance agreement that the law firm had negotiated on behalf of an employer was not a legal impediment to Plaintiff’s attempt to seek disability benefits.
