Anderson has been consecutively listed by Best Lawyers since 2013 and Super Lawyers® since 2010. He previously served as the president of the Oakland County Bar Association and was recently re-elected to the Board of Commissioners of the State Bar of Michigan.
This is the second time Campbell has received the “Lawyer of the Year” distinction. He has also previously been listed as a Best Lawyers “Lawyer of the Year” for his work in Ethics and Professional Responsibility Law (2014). Campbell was also listed by Best Lawyers of America® in Ethics and Professional Responsibility Law (2010-2022) and Professional Malpractice Law – Defendants (2022). Super Lawyers™ has recognized him for Professional Liability Litigation – Defendants for eight consecutive years (2015-2022). In addition to these many recognitions, Donald was appointed by the President of APRL in 2010 to a Joint Committee formed with the National Council of Lawyer Disciplinary Boards and the NOBC to study revisions to ABA Standards for Imposing Lawyer Sanctions. He also served as an expert to the State Bar of Michigan’s Representative Assembly in 2005 during its deliberations and debate concerning Michigan’s Proposed New Rules of Professional Conduct.
