Laura A. Alton
is a partner in the firm’s Transporation Liability practice group.  Our Transportation Liability group works as an extension of our clients’ teams, providing effective defense in a wide array of civil litigation and auto-related cases. Our attorneys assist clients with first- and third-party automobile-liability matters, including PIP claims, uninsured/underinsured motorist claims, and automobile negligence matters. This representation includes consulting on catastrophic injury claims before suit is filed and vigorously defending cases in litigation.  Laura’s individual practice focuses on first-and third-party automotive defense and other general liability matters. Her experience includes no-fault, commercial litigation, premises liability, construction accident & defect liability, and immigration law.

Erin J. Rodenhouse
is a partner in the firm’s Appellate practice group. Our appellate group consults with trial attorneys in the early stages of litigation to help shape the appellate process from its infancy. They forecast potential issues on appeal and draft the critical discovery, evidentiary, and dispositive motions. The group then handles civil appeals in a wide-variety of practice areas.  Erin’s individual practice focuses on appeals in legal malpractice, insurance coverage, disciplinary matters, general liability, and auto-negligence cases. She practices in Michigan’s appellate courts and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
